Update

We continue to work with salesforce to rebuild and make the Inbox Tracker and Competitive Tracker apps available to customers.
The team has completed most of the rebuild process and Salesforce has provided a new instance to host the application.

At this stage:
* Data security and customer information remain unaffected.
* The issue is limited to app availability and connectivity.
* We will continue to provide updates as we learn more from Salesforce.

Additionally, any customers that would like to install the apps early we can provide private installation links. Please reach out to your account manager for access.

We deeply regret this inconvenience and are working with Salesforce to understand how the instance hosting the applications was deprecated and completely removed. We will provide our next update once the packages are fully available within the appstore and then we will individually reach out to customers to provide support for reinstalling the apps into your business units.

Update

We continue to experience an outage affecting our Inbox Tracker and Competitive Tracker applications on the Salesforce AppExchange. Salesforce has confirmed that the instance hosting the settings and configuration were deprecated on their side.

We are actively working with Salesforce support to identify potential recovery or rebuild paths. We are awaiting confirmation from Salesforce engineering and escalated support on whether the server can be restored or if the app will need to be repackaged and reinstalled.

We continue to experience an outage affecting our Inbox Tracker and Competitive Tracker applications on the Salesforce AppExchange. This issue is the result of an unexpected change in the connected Salesforce instance hosting the application package, which has caused the apps to stop functioning as expected.

We are actively working with Salesforce support to understand the root cause and identify potential recovery or rebuild paths. Unfortunately, early indications suggest that restoration of the previous app package may not be possible. As a result, resolution may require re-publishing new versions, which could take additional time.

Update

Salesforce has escalated this case to their senior teams. We are in close contact with them to get the instances online as quickly as possible. There is currently no ETA on full restoration, but it likely will take into next week before access via the embedded salesforce app is restored.

We are continuing to work with Salesforce on this outage. Salesforce has assured us that they have a dedicated team working on the issues. Currently we do not have an ETA for resolution, but we are working directly with key leads at Salesforce to get more concrete timelines.
